What is Psychobiology?
The field of Psychobiology includes all of the interface between Psychology and Biology. This includes such interdisciplinary topic areas as:
  • animal behavior
  • evolutionary psychology
  • environmental psychology
  • developmental psychobiology
  • neurobiology
  • psychopharmacology
  • cognitive neuroscience
  • neuroendocrinology
  • psychoneuroimmunology
  • health psychology
  • physiological psychology

Students majoring in Psychobiology have gone on to careers in medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, substance abuse counseling, animal training, animal welfare, child life services, nursing, wildlife and fisheries biology, conservation biology, environmental law, informal and formal education, and more!
